God, known by all

Abba Father, thank you for the gift of a new day, to be in Your presence to experience Your love, rest and the grace that You have given us in Your Son, Jesus. For this is the faith that has overcome the world, our faith in Jesus. May our hearts be good ground as the Word is read in the name of Jesus, Amen. Thank you LORD.

Romans 1:20-21 (NKJV)

20. "For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse,

21. because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened."

    
    

Amen, thank you LORD.

The above lead Scripture reminds us that there is nothing that God has created that does not know of His existence including nature, animals and every form of darkness. When it comes to man, Genesis 1:26, reminds us that we are formed in the image of God. If a person is able to morally differentiate between right and wrong, shall they be unable to recognize that there is a Supreme Being in whose image they're created? I believe this is what Romans 1:20 is sharing with us that all man recognizes that there is God in heaven and if a man chooses to go their own way apart from God, it is not because God was not made known to their conscience, it is that they made the choice to not believe in Him.

God's heart of mercy has never changed and is still the same even today. In Ezekiel 18:20 (NKJV), the LORD says, "The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not bear the guilt of the father, nor the father bear the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself." That is, the righteous son shall no longer bear the guilt of the father and righteous father shall no longer bear the guilt of the son. Basically, in the eyes of God, every one will be accountable for their own actions when we get to stand before Him at the appointed day of judgment.

Thankfully, God's heart is still stretched out in love and mercy for His people and does not will for any to perish and Jesus Christ is the proof. This truth is also reflected in Ezekiel 18:32 (NKJV) where He says, "For I have no pleasure in the death of one who dies," says the LORD God. Therefore turn and live!"

God will not cast away anyone's heart that turns to Him. After all God's desire for man will always be life and Proverbs 12:28 (NKJV) says, "In the way of righteousness is life, and in its pathway there is no death."

It is also in our human DNA to worship and fellowship with God, our Creator. Thanks be to God for making this possible through receiving His Son Jesus who died, was buried and raised from the dead in whom we have eternal life and the forgiveness of sins.

Invitation to salvation: If you would like to receive Jesus and be born again into God's Kingdom, that is saved and have a personal relationship with God as Your Father and you as His child by receiving His Son, Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life, I invite you to say this confession:

"I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that; Jesus Christ, the Son of God came in a human body to die for my sins so that I could have a new life where I am dead to sin and alive to God. I repent of my past sins and enter the Kingdom of light where I choose relationship with Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour and with God as my loving Father today and forever." AMEN.

GLORY TO GOD, You are now a new creation in Christ Jesus! In case you have not already, please prayerfully consider becoming a member of a church and get water baptized!

I'll end with this Word found in Philippians 2:9-11(NKJV)

9. "Therefore God has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,

10. that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,

11. and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
