John, chapter 14

Praise be to the LORD God for He is good and His mercy endures forever, Amen.

John 14:4-6 (NKJV)

4. "And where I go you know, and the way you know."

5. Thomas said to Him, "Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?"

6. Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

   
   

Amen, thank you LORD.

Jesus came to the world to do the will of the Father and to re unite us in personal relationship with God as our Father because sin caused a separation between man and God. When you become born again, God takes another position in your life and that is the special privilege of having Him as your Father. In 1 John 1:3-4 (NKJV), the Apostle John speaks of the fellowship between the Son and the Father says, "that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us, and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. And these things we write to you that your joy may be full" There is a joy that comes from fellowshipping with believers. There is also another joy that comes from communing with God as Father and with Jesus that cannot be compared to anything in the world. My testimony is there is a place in the human heart that cannot be filled or satisfied with anything in the world except the love of God that is found in Christ.

The Psalmist prayed in Psalm 16:11 (NKJV), "You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore." In God's presence is the fullness of joy and pleasures that will last in your life, not temporarily but forever. AMEN.

I'll end with this Word found in Philemon 1:4-6 (NASB)

4. I thank my God always, making mention of you in my prayers,

5. because I hear of your love and of the faith which you have toward the Lord Jesus and toward all the saints;

6. and I pray that the fellowship of your faith may become effective through the knowledge of every good thing which is in you for the sake of Christ.

   
   

Amen, thank you LORD.

Prayer: LORD God, thank you because to know Jesus is to know You and have the privilege to call You Father. Thank you for joy unspeakable and pleasures forever more at Your right hand prepared for me to enjoy and live the abundant life. Thank you for the grace to continue to fellowship with my faith becoming effective through the acknolwedgment of every good thing I have received in Christ in the name of Jesus, Amen, thank you LORD.

Invitation to salvation: If you would like to receive eternal life and be born again into God's Kingdom, that is saved and have a personal relationship with God as Your Father and you as His child by receiving His Beloved Son, Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life, I invite you to say this confession:

"I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that; Jesus Christ, the Son of God came in a human body to die for my sins so that I could have a new life where I am dead to sin and alive to God. I repent of my past sins and enter the Kingdom of light where I choose relationship with Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour and with God as my loving Father today and forever." AMEN.
