The life of God

Father God, thank you for the gift of Your presence over our lives. That we can go to bed, wake up, walk and live our lives with and in You, we do not take it for granted that You never sleep nor slumber concerning our lives. We thank you for Your perfect peace that surpasses understanding that continually guards our hearts and minds in Christ. We thank you for joy, righteousness and every divine precious promise You have blessed us with in Christ guarding us from the lust of the world. We thank you for Your love that is safe and trustworthy and in You, we will not know or see incorruption in our lives in the name of Jesus. Thank you LORD that in Your light, we see light and in Your glory is our glory. May Your Majestic Name forever be exalted over all the ends of the earth in the name of Jesus, Amen. Thank you LORD.

Genesis 2:7 (NKJV)

"And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being."

Amen, thank you LORD.

When God formed man from the beginning, the above Word shows us that man was created a living being from the beginning. After God created man, He did not tell man anything about the tree of life but he told man to not eat fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. This is because Adam was created as a living being and if he ate fruit from the knowledge of good and evil, he would surely die (Genesis 2:17). Later on, we see God chase man out of the garden of Eden because He did not want him to eat from the tree of life and live forever in that fallen state (Genesis 3:22).

Now, a new creation child of God cannot experience death because they have been born again (2 Corinthians 5:17 and John 1:12-13). in this new life, we receive life because Jesus our Lord and Savior is a life-giving Spirit. 1 Corinthians 15:45 (NKJV) says, "And so it is written, "The first man Adam became a living being. The last Adam became a life-giving spirit."

In our new creation born again life, there is no death because the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set us free from the law of sin and death (Romans 8:2). In Christ, we have power over death.

As a living being, Adam was still in control of his life. Yes, he was in the presence of God, created in God's image (Genesis 1:26), filled with the anointing to appropriately name things according to their function (Genesis 2:19-20) but he was without the Holy Spirit. Because of Jesus, everyone who is born of God is a life-giving spirit and God is in charge of your life with Jesus as the author and finisher of your faith and the Holy Spirit as your Helper (John 14:16).

The enemy introduces evil, that is the knowledge of evil as seen in the garden of Eden. At the same time, as children of God, the life of God on the inside of us has canceled out death and evil concerning our life. As a result, we consistently feed on the tree of life with God's help which is our life found in the Word. Revelation 22:17 (NKJV) says, "And the Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely." - AMEN.

Invitation to salvation: If you would like to receive Jesus and be born again into God's Kingdom, that is saved and have a personal relationship with God as Your Father and you as His child by receiving His Son, Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life, I invite you to say this confession:

"I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that; Jesus Christ, the Son of God came in a human body to die for my sins so that I could have a new life where I am dead to sin and alive to God. I repent of my past sins and enter the Kingdom of light where I choose relationship with Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour and with God as my loving Father today and forever." AMEN.

GLORY TO GOD, You are now a new creation in Christ Jesus! In case you have not already, please prayerfully consider becoming a member of a church and get WATER BAPTIZED!

I'll end with this Word found in 2 Corinthians 3:18 (NKJV)

"But we all with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the LORD."
