Father, thank you for Your Word. May the Word give us understanding and draw us closer to Jesus' righteousness in the name of Jesus, Amen. Thank you LORD.
Mark 10:50-52 (NKJV)
"50.And throwing aside his garment, he rose and came to Jesus.
51.So Jesus answered and said to him, "What do you want Me to do for you?" The blind man said to Him, "Rabboni, that I may receive my sight."
52.Then Jesus said to him, "Go your way; your faith has made you well." And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the road."
Amen, thank you LORD.
The above passage is extracted from a story of a blind man who was crying out for Jesus' mercy. Prior to this, the crowd of people had asked him be silent but his persistence got the attention of Jesus.
When Jesus asked a question concerning his request as seen above, it was not that Jesus could not see this man was blind. However, the LORD, was offering an opportunity to the blind man to ask for more than just the recovery of His sight. So what are you asking God for today? The LORD is reminding you to present your requests to Him and to ask for more and it will be given to you.
I'll end with the Word found in Ephesians 3:20 (NKJV)
20."Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power at work in us,
21.to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen."
Thank you LORD.
