God heals

Ephesians 1:3 AMP

"Blessed and worthy of praise be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms in Christ,"

Amen, thank you LORD.

When it comes to healing, the will of God is known through His Son, Christ and God's will is that He does not want any of His sons and daughters experiencing sickness whether it is of the soul or the body. 3 John 2 AMP shows us God's heart and says, "Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your soul prospers [spiritually].

When Jesus Christ was crucified, His body bore every sin you can possibly imagine so that everyone who receives salvation in the name of Jesus would be saved. It is important to note that as He did this, He took on every sickness that you would bear so that anyone who receives salvation in His name would never have to be sick. Thankfully, God, the Father saw to it that His Son, Christ, would in love bear the sins of the world and all the disease and iniquities at the same time during His crucifixion on the cross so that nobody would ever to experience illness. 1 Peter 2:24 AMP says, "He personally carried our sins in His body on the cross [willingly offering Himself on it, as on an altar of sacrifice], so that we might die to sin [becoming immune from the penalty of power of sin] and live for righteousness; for by His wounds you [who believe] have been healed."

When you receive the forgiveness of sins, you receive the healing that is needed for your body as well. This is because the same love of God that made sure your sins are forgiven in His Son Christ, is the same love of God that healed every disease and iniquity. Romans 5:8 NKJV says, "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." This means that God did not wait for you to love Him so that He could heal you let alone forgive your sins. God's love is not reactive. God's love is ever abounding and it does not fail. God loved you before you ever knew Him and will always love you.

I've seen people who have received God's love for them when it comes to healing of their bodies but they have not received His love for them when it comes to the forgiveness of their sins. While some have received God's love for them when it comes to the forgiveness of sins but haven't received His love when it comes to healing of their bodies.

However, God as a loving Father desires for you to receive both your salvation for the forgiveness of sins leading to eternal life and the perfect healing for your soul and body that is found in His beloved Son, Christ.

I believe reading the word of God renews your mind (Romans 12:2) to see God's nature of love and His thoughts of goodness concerning you when it comes to healing.

Prayer: Father, thank you for this Word. Thank you Father that it is Your will for Your sons and daughters to be healed. Thank you God for Your love found in Your beloved Son that we have known and believed. If you freely gave Jesus for the sins of the world, what will you withhold from us? - Nothing. Thank you LORD that by Jesus' stripes Your sons and daughters' bodies are healed of every sickness and infirmity in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Invitation to salvation: Today, God is still pursuing His people in love. In fact, God loves you so much that He had to send Jesus Christ His Son to die for Your sin (John 3:16). When Jesus died on the cross, an exchange happened where in His painful crucifixion, He bore all your sin, wrongs, shortcomings, iniquity, mistakes, diseases, depression. Jesus took it all so you do not have to bear them and this is the reason when you receive Him, you are whole, healthy, set apart, complete in Him and reconciled in relationship with God, the Father now until eternity. "I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that; Jesus Christ, the Son of God came in a human body to die for my sins so that I could have a new life where I am dead to sin and alive to God. I repent of my past sins and enter the Kingdom of light where I choose relationship with Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour and with God as my loving Father today and forever. Thank you Father that because the Son has made me free, I am now free indeed." AMEN.
