Hearing heart

Father God, thank you for this is the day that You have made and we shall be glad and rejoice in it in the name of Jesus, Amen. Thank you LORD.
Luke 8:8 (TPT)
"Yet some of the seeds fell into good, fertile soil, and they grew and flourished until they produced more than a hundredfold harvest, a bumper crop." Then Jesus added, shouting to all who would hear, "Listen with your heart and you will understand."
Amen, thank you LORD.
The above excerpt is from the parable of the sower found in Luke 6:5-8. In this parable, the sower sowed seed on different types of soil. The seed is the Word of God and the soil represents the human heart where the Word is sown (Luke 8:11). I encourage you to read chapter 8 of Luke, it's a blessing.
When you consider today's lead Scripture above, Jesus instructed the masses, "...listen with your heart and you will understand". The heart plays a significant role in hearing God's Word and enabling you to yield fruit in His Kingdom.
Prayer: Thank you LORD that Your sons and daughters have arrived by Your grace and power of the Holy Spirit into deeper dimensions of your Word and intimacy in their life in the name of Jesus, Amen.
The only way I know how to grow in intimacy is to cleave to the Word of God. I believe this is the mystery between Christ and the church that Apostle Paul spoke of in Ephesians 5:32. The church represents the bride/wife and Christ is the bridegroom/husband.
Genesis 2:24 (KJV), "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh." So as His ecclesia (church), we cleave to Christ, our Husband. In this act of cleaving to Christ and exercising yourself to have a hearing heart to His Word, you behold everything that God has always prepared concerning your life which in turn enables you to bear fruit by His grace for the glory of His name, Amen. Thank you LORD.
I'll end with this Word found in John 1:1-4 (NKJV)
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
He was in the beginning with God.
All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.
And the light shines in the darkness and the darkness did not comprehend it."
Amen, thank you LORD.
Invitation to salvation: As God's precious one, if you would like to know and experience this love of God that no waters can quench and no floods can drown, this love that would despise the wealthiest of a man's house concerning you (Song of Solomon 8:7), I invite you to make this confession, "I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that; Jesus Christ, the Son of God came in a human body to die for my sins so that I could have a new life where I am dead to sin and alive to God. I repent of my past sins and enter the Kingdom of light where I choose Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour today and forever." AMEN!
Congratulations, by grace you are saved and are now a new creation in Christ Jesus. The old life has passed away and you have received the free gift of salvation into your life (2 Corinthians 5:17). To the glory of the Almighty God. Amen.
