John, chapter 8 (2)
Father God, thank you for sending Your beloved Son Jesus. As we read the Word, may you establish our hearts in Your lovingkindness as you quicken and renew our spirit man to hear and do the Word of God in the name of Jesus, Amen. Thank you LORD.
John 8:51-52 (NKJV)
"Most assuredly, I say to you, if anyone keeps My word he shall never see death.
Then the Jews said to Him, "Now we know that You have demon! Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and You say, 'If anyone keeps My Word he shall never taste death."
Amen, thank you LORD.
This conversation is happening between Jesus and the Jewish religious leaders. Jesus is saying to them that whoever keeps His Word shall never see death. Abraham is known as our father of faith and in Exodus 3:15 AMP, we see the LORD God mentioning to Moses that this is the name that He shall be known by to all generations that is, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob (Israel).
Jesus made it known that God is not the God of the dead but of the living (Matthew 22:32) so we see that Abraham, Isaac and Jacob never died because of their faith in God that kept the Word of God close to their hearts.
I'll end with this Word found in 1 Chronicles 29:17-18 (NKJV)
"I know also, my God, that You test the heart and have pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of my heart I have willingly offered all these things; and now with joy I have seen Your people, who are present here to offer willingly to You.
O LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, our fathers, keep this forever in the intent of the thoughts of the heart of Your people, and fix their heart toward You."
Amen, thank you LORD.
Prayer: LORD God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, may our hearts always keep Your Word in the name of Jesus, Amen. Thank you LORD.

"I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that; Jesus Christ, the Son of God came in a human body to die for my sins so that I could have a new life where I am dead to sin and alive to God. I repent of my past sins and enter the Kingdom of light where I choose relationship with Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour and with God as my loving Father today and forever." AMEN.
