The integrity of God

Colossians 1:13 - 14 speaks;

"He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins."

Our Heavenly Father, did not just randomly give us anyone to redeem and save us from the power of sin. He gave us the Son of His love. To reiterate, God gave us His Son to die for our sins and not just any Son but One whom He dearly loved.

We all have people we love and the thought of their absence or loss is unimaginable.

Fortunately, God does not see things the way we do. His love for us is willing to put everything on the line (in this case His beloved Son) just to save me and you because we are of significance to Him.

In case it has never dawned on you that are important or if no one ever shared that with you, I'm here to remind you of a decision God made thousands of years ago that you matter and He thinks very highly of you which is illustrated in your presence on earth today.

Therefore, have faith in the integrity of God reflected in His unfailing and everlasting love to save us.

Be encouraged and rest in the truth that nobody or situation can ever separate you from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

The Bible in Romans 8:31 summarises this well; "What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?"
